Phase 1 Training |

Personal Training |
|
Small groups of 6 or less working together on the same workout. Provides a greater amount of personalized interaction than Group Classes but still builds camaraderie and light hearted competition among the participants. |

Semi-Private Group |
|
Basic CrossFit classes that focus on learning proper form and mechanics of all the movements in the CrossFit protocol in a one-on-one setting. |
|
· Rates: $175 for three semi-private training sessions and one class (semi-private up to 3 clients) |
|
Phase 1 is the introduction to CrossFit. Designed to bring you up to speed on all the movements involved in the CrossFit workouts. |
|
· Rates: $75 Per 1Hour Training Session, $40 Per 1/2 Hour Session |
|
Discounts are available for First Responders, Active Duty Military, US Army Soldier System employees, and families. Contact for more details. |

CrossFit Classes |
|
CrossFit classes are classes that are open to individuals who are currently involved some level of physical training. Classes utilize the Workout of the Day (WOD). Individuals that are new to physical training are highly recommended to complete Phase 1 training prior to joining the class. |
|
· Rates: $15 Drop in Fee; $65 a month (2 classes per week); $95 a month( 3 classes per week) |
