Personal Training

Small groups of 6 or less working together on the same workout.  Provides a greater amount of personalized interaction than Group Classes but still builds camaraderie and light hearted competition among the participants.

Semi-Private Group

Basic CrossFit classes that focus on learning proper form and mechanics of all the movements in the CrossFit protocol in a one-on-one setting. 

· Rates:  $175 for three semi-private training sessions and one class (semi-private up to 3 clients)

Phase 1 is the introduction to CrossFit.  Designed to bring you up to speed on all the movements involved in the CrossFit workouts. 

· Rates:  $75 Per 1Hour Training Session, $40 Per 1/2 Hour Session

Discounts are available for First Responders, Active Duty Military, US Army Soldier System employees, and families.  Contact for more details.
